“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” Romans 12:2
Sunday, 27th: PRAYER REQUEST from Bible Studies by Mail, Inc.: B.S.B.M.’s Advisory Board is asking the LORD to provide new leaders who are a bilingual couple with ministry experience and their own financial support base. They would work with current leaders, Darryl and Joan Evans, and then eventually become missionaries with or seconded to Source of Light Ministries International. Praise God – “Now faith is the assurance of what we hope for and the certainty of what we do not see.” (Hebrews 11:1)! Pray B.S.B.M. hears of or from a missionary couple seeking mission work in North America.
Monday, 28th: Marisela T… and her three children began studying in September 2024. She emailed on October 16th: “We have finished our lessons. I am just waiting on my husband to pick up stamps so we can mail them. How do I request prayer? I’ve been suffering with anger issues and anxiety. I have 3 kids and I hate it when they see me angry. My parents would drink a lot when I was a child, and I had to witness a lot of domestic violence. I feel that is the reason for a lot of my issues today.” (She homeschools their 3 kids – ages 10, 7 and 5.) Praise God – “Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.” (Col. 4:6)! Pray Marisela starts each day ‘sitting at Jesus’s feet’ and feeding on His word.
