Wednesday, 31st: Inmate Matthew B… (age 35) shared: “The thing that is most meaningful to me, in lesson 8 of KNOW & GROW, is the teaching of the armor of God. It reveals deeper spiritual truths. For instance, just like a set of armor, it should be regularly used to ensure our capability of using it. This also applies to the armor of God. By faith in Christ, we take up the shield of faith, put on the helmet of salvation, receive the gospel of peace and use the sword of the Spirit. If we don’t exercise our faith, then the armor might not be as effective because we don’t know how to properly handle it.” Praise God – “Put on the full armor of God, so that you can make your stand against the devil’s schemes.” (Ephesians 6:11)! Pray Matthew studies with other inmates & shares his faith with family & friends.

But most important, I hope to apply it to my life and then share it with others.” (First study mailed on 01/24/24.) Praise God – “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.” (Matthew 24:14)! Pray Kenneth studies diligently & shares intentionally.
Saturday, 3rd: WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU LEARNED IN THIS LESSON? Connie P… wrote: “That once I became saved and Christ was living in me, to take control of my life, I had to deal with sin and die on the cross with Jesus.” Praise God – “So you too must count yourselves dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus.” (Romans 6:11)! Pray Connie starts a home Bible study with neighbors and friends.
