Sunday, 25^th: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD? On August 18, at 1:35 PM, new student hopeful Helen J… emailed: “I want to learn more about the life of Christ and how I can apply His lessons in my life.” Praise God – “I will instruct you and teach you the way you should go; I will give you counsel and watch over you.” (Psalm 32:8)! Pray Helen studies diligently & intentionally shares Christ’s love without fear.

Monday, 26^th: WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE LEARNED IN THIS STUDY? HAVE YOU RECEIVED CHRIST AS YOUR SAVIOR? IF SO, WHEN? Inmate Tyler B… (age 18) wrote: “Jesus is the only way to Heaven, no ifs, ands or buts! Yes! While doing this lesson packet actually.” (His first study was mailed on August 1, 2024.) Praise God – “Good and upright is the LORD; therefore He shows sinners the way.” (Psalm 25:8)! Pray Tyler continues to receive and study his lessons; pray he shares God’s message of hope with cellmates.

Tuesday, 27^th: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD? On August 18, at 5:41 PM, new student hopeful Elliot O… emailed: “I hope to learn more about God’s word and message. I’m trying to get closer to God.” Praise God – “Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.” (James 4:8)! Pray Elliot hears & obeys God’s counsel as he studies.

Wednesday, 28^th: WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE LEARNED IN THIS STUDY? HAVE YOU RECEIVED CHRIST AS YOUR SAVIOR? IF SO, WHEN? Inmate Jarren W… (age 27) wrote: “That God knows we are sinners but He will save all who believe in the Son of God. Yes. While studying this with Chris B… here in jail.” (Study mailed on August 1, 2024.) Praise God – “Heal me, O LORD, and I will be healed; save me, and I will be saved, for You are my praise.” (Jeremiah 17:14)! Pray Jarren & Chris keep studying together; pray Chris asks for his own studies.

Thursday, 29^th: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD? On August 19, at 11:46 AM, new student hopeful Nancy T… emailed: “I hope to not only grow deeper in my relationship with God and my knowledge of His word, but to also put me on track to give a message at our Wednesday night Bible studies.” Praise God – “Now go! I will help you as you speak, and I will teach you what to say.” (Exodus 4:12)! Pray Nancy sees her hopes fulfilled as she studies His word, takes it to heart & lives it out thru her walk & talk.

Friday, 30^th: WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE LEARNED IN THIS STUDY? HAVE YOU RECEIVED CHRIST AS YOUR SAVIOR? IF SO, WHEN? Inmate Craig G… (age 32) wrote: “I already knew all this. That I’m saved by faith in Jesus and not by anything I do for God. Yes, on July 6, 2024, I truly surrendered my life to God.” (His first study was mailed on August 1, 2024.) Praise God – “God, who has called you into fellowship with His Son Jesus Christ our Lord, is faithful.” (1 Corinthians 1:9)! Pray Craig gets all the lessons we send, continues to study and boldly shares of God’s love.

Saturday, 31^st: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD? On August 10, at 2:32 PM, new student hopeful Kendra M… emailed: “I have strayed from God’s path for a while now and I’m trying to re-center myself with Him.” Praise God – “Come, children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the LORD.” (Psalm 34:11)! Pray Kendra surrenders her life to God, studies her lessons with her Bible & follows the Spirit’s lead w/o delay.
