Sunday, 28^th: “My name is Pedro F… Even though I accepted Christ as my Savior, on August 5, 2020, I am a baby in Christ. I am grateful for this Bible study and I am thirsty for more. I have been an addict and incarcerated most of my life. I grew up in foster care around guns, gangs and drugs. Looking forward to my next lessons.” (He is 37 years old.) Praise God – “My soul longs, even faints, for the courts of the LORD; my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God.” (Psalm 84:2)! Pray Pedro keeps studying, memorizes verses, studies and prays with cellmates.

Monday, 29^th: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD? On April 20, at 9:01 AM, new student hopeful Lisa S… e-mailed: “Eric S… and I hope to be able to understand the Bible and grow a closer personal relationship with God.” (Their first studies were sent on 4/24/24.) Praise God – “May my cry come before You, O LORD; give me understanding according to Your word.” (Psa. 119:169)! Pray Lisa & Eric do their own study; share & pray together & obey God’s word w/o hesitation.

Tuesday, 30^th: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD? On April 23, at 3:40 AM, new student hopeful Luke R… e-mailed: “How to get to Heaven.” (His first study was sent on 4/24/25.) Praise God – “But to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God” (Jn. 1:12)! Pray Luke does lessons 1 and 2; pray he repents & believes in the gospel.

Wednesday, 1^st: “As a child, I rode the church bus almost every Sunday in _____, WV. But as an adult, even though my faith in Christ was humongous, I lived as a lesbian until 2012. I’ve never had a boyfriend. I always say Jesus is my boyfriend. I know very little of the Bible. I would enjoy your study thru the mail. Jodie W…” (She is 53 and is resident of a psychiatric hospital.) Praise God – “Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in me; lead me in the way everlasting.” (Psa. 139:23-24)! Pray Jodie studies and obeys God.

Thursday, 2^nd: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD? On April 23, at 1:38 PM, new student hopeful Lekeisha H… e-mailed: “I hope to get closer to God, build my faith and restore my walk with Christ.” (Her first study was sent on 4/24/25.) Praise God – “For You, O Lord, are kind and forgiving, rich in loving devotion to all who call on You.” (Psalm 86:5)! Pray Lekeisha studies diligently, takes heed to the Spirit’s voice and abides in Christ, The Vine.

Friday, 3^rd: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD? On April 23, at 6:12 PM, new student hopeful Margie F… e-mailed: “I hope to find my purpose and to grow closer to God. But there is a hinderance with my walk every day at my home. My husband wants to serve the Lord but also wants more of what the world has to offer which are drugs, …, …. He feels like as long as it’s not another … it’s not cheating and that I should be okay with it. But I’m not. So, I really need to work on myself before my marriage ends in divorce. We have five kids ages 5, 8, 9, 14, and 15. Please send all of us Bible lessons.” (Their first studies were sent on 4/24/24.) Praise God – “For the sake of Your name, O LORD, forgive my iniquity, for it is great.” (Psalm 25:11)! Pray Margie, her husband & their children are overwhelmed with God’s love, mercy and grace; pray restoration happens.

Saturday, 4^th: “Hello, my name is Fred R… I am currently an inmate at ____ in …, NM. I am reaching out because I was recently reintroduced to God in here. I was born and baptized catholic but when I was young, I had a life changing experience which made me believe there was no God or Jesus Christ. I truly believed I was cursed and dealt a bad hand of cards in my life. I have been in and out of group homes and detention centers since I was 12. I will be 22 in June. I am writing you to ask for religious items like a rosary, devotional, etc. to help me kickstart my journey on the path of righteousness.” (Bible study sent 4/18/2024.) Praise God – “It is because of Him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God: our righteousness, holiness, and redemption.” (1 Cor. 1:30)! Pray Fred surrenders himself to Christ alone.
